Emme Delta
The company was founded with the aim of contributing to the management and development of people within organizations and offering consulting through methodologies and tools based on the D-I-S-C behavioral model.

Emme Delta contributes to the founding of the persolog® network, having been the Italian distributor of D-I-S-C based "conscious learning" systems since 1995.
Merget with Elabour
Through this merger, Emme Delta develops a highly innovative competency model to support organizational change and offers integrated 360° business consulting, focusing in particular on organization and processes, evaluation systems, performance measurement and reward systems.
Transformation into People Labs
In 2021, Emme Delta becomes part of the ADT group holding company based in Modena — specialized in technology and software development — and becomes People Labs, a company that offers consulting services to the Human Resources function, ensures research and development of conscious learning tools, and creates training programs for the development of soft skills that increase professional value. People Labs integrates with the group's companies in the implementation of organizational change and digital transformation projects.
